Research question: Looks at whether the share of females in university groups affects students' performance (grades and credits obtained in their studies.) Method: the share of females in first year Economics groups at the UvA was experimentally manipulated. We study the effects on students' study performance and persistence. Status: waiting for final part of the data. Preliminary analyses have been carried out.
